What Happens in the Wait
We didn’t write many updates, or tell stories during those months of unknown. Our days were full of going to work, going to church, hanging out with friends, seeing family, building my doula business, working as missionaries at our apartment complex, filling out paperwork, and wondering.

How Can You Help?
The cost of adoption is one of the leading inhibitors for completion. We believe that the adoption of one child into a family is a church role. Not every couple is called to grow their family through adoption, not every one is called to domestic adoption, but every follower of Christ is commanded to care and protect the orphan. We believe that we will only be able to do this if we are rallied around and supported. We welcome $5 donations along with the bigger gifts. If you are unable to give monetarily right now please consider adding our family and any expectant mother and her child that come into our lives into your prayers. You can always email Kirsten and she can send you a prayer card to stick on your fridge, your bathroom mirror, or in your Bible so you are constantly reminded to pray for us as we walk in this journey.
